Governing the growth, trade, and logistical consultation services provided by TradeRoot Botanics.
When you purchase specialty plants from TradeRoot Botanics, you're entering into a covenant of care. Have you considered the climate impact on your new specimens? We guarantee the health of our plants upon dispatch from North Coast Road East, but once they enter your garden ecosystem, the responsibility shifts.
We don't offer refunds for biological decline due to neglect or improper soil pH balancing. It's simply the nature of the trade. If a specimen arrives damaged via our approved trade routes, you must notify our team within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
Our consulting services are based on decades of horticultural expertise. While we provide detailed garden designs and trade route logistics, these are advisory in nature. We're committed to your success, but botanical outcomes depend on environmental variables beyond our control.
Intellectual property for all custom garden plans remains with TradeRoot Botanics until final payment is cleared. Don't reproduce our specialty layouts without explicit written permission.
Navigating international plant trade requires precision. We handle the paperwork, customs declarations, and eco-friendly packaging. However, delays caused by port authorities or volcanic ash clouds (it happens!) are considered Force Majeure.
You'll receive a tracking number the moment your order departs our facilities. Why settle for less than total transparency in your supply chain?
In no event shall TradeRoot Botanics be held liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the value of the invoice paid. We're gardeners and consultants, not insurance brokers.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Cayman Islands. By engaging our services, you agree to these legal parameters in full. Fair play is the root of everything we do.
Legal jargon can be a bit thick sometimes. If you've got questions about a specific clause or a custom trade agreement, our consultants are ready to talk plant shop with you.
